So, before going to a place that the corners can only be enjoyed on foot, it helps us do some of the following tips to stay fit:

Exercising regularly

Do exercise regularly at least 20 minutes without stopping every three days (or once a week, if not have the time). Type of exercise recommended is the breath and stamina training, such as walking, running, and swimming. Do this at least one month prior to departure.

For me personally, because it used to go capitalize backpack is heavy enough, I practice while carrying the backpack.

Buy vitamins and consulting physicians

Buy some vitamins to drink before and during the trip. Better yet, if consulted a doctor about what vitamins are good for consumption. If you feel sick before the trip, immediately consult a doctor to get medicine.

Adequate rest

Cliche, , but effective. At least three days before departure, we should sleep regularly with enough time. This will make our bodies physically ready to face exposure during the trip – especially if you travel long distances with significant time zone difference.
Healthy eating and regular

At least three days before departure, avoid foods / drinks that harm the body (the case of every person is different). Do not eat late and consumption of fibrous foods for smooth digestion.

Research destinations

Do a little research about the state of the weather, temperature and extent of activities in the destination will affect your stamina / physical. The result will make us better prepared with what items to carry, comfortable shoes, or the expectations of the intensity of physical activity lived adapted to physical exercise at home.

Relax and enjoy

During the plane, car, bus, train or ship, try to relax and not do anything to spend energy. Small-scale exercises such as heating are still allowed.

In the end, all travel must be exhausting. But if we enjoy it, all feeling tired earlier will disappear when we see or experience something new.
